TEAM MEMBER TUESDAY: BRIAN’S PROFILE

Today is Team Member Tuesday, and we have a very special team member to introduce today! Today’s team member is…drum roll, please…Brian, co-owner of OSA! You will also be able to find Brian’s profile under our Facebook album titled “Team Member Profiles.”

Oklahoma Swim Academy is proud to be a family-owned business, and Brian, Megan, and their little boy, Sam, are the family at the foundation of OSA. Not just an owner, Brian takes an active role, or rather, many active roles in managing OSA. If something can be done to better our swim school, you can bet that Brian is looking for it! He is always seeking out new, helpful, and better information and is an established life-long learner. Brian is a natural leader and has excellent business skills. Plus, his practicality helps keep us all on track! Most importantly, Brian cares deeply for all of the team members and for all of the families we serve. He continually shows this by going above and beyond to serve others. He is consistently exemplifying his helpful, supportive, and problem-solving nature in order to benefit each person he comes into contact with daily. We are so glad Brian chose to work full-time on making OSA the best swim school possible. His business knowledge and vision will be what takes Oklahoma Swim Academy to the next level!

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT OWNING AND WORKING FOR OSA?
I love that what we do really makes a difference in the world; our instructors are truly saving lives and instilling character in kids with every lesson they teach.

WHAT IS THE BEST PART ABOUT OWNING AND RUNNING A BUSINESS ALONGSIDE YOUR WIFE?
My favorite aspect of running OSA with my wife is that I get to see Megan’s talent and vision on a regular basis. Many couples don’t get to see how good their spouse is at their job, or even what they do at their job. I’m blessed to have the opportunity to appreciate Megan’s work ethic and enthusiasm for what she does.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE HOBBY?
My favorite hobby is sports; I enjoy watching college football and playing basketball.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MOVIE/BOOK?
My favorite movie is “It’s a Wonderful Life.” Our family watches it every Christmas, and it gets better every year.
